Peel and bathe potatoes, then grate coarsely, press the juice. Pour pressed potatoes with boiling milk.
Clean mushrooms, bathe, dry, chop and mix with greens, flour and egg white. Then salt and mix with potato mass, stir well up.
Shape dumplings, put them in boiling salted water and cook until they rise up.
Cast the dumplings in a colander. Before serving, dress with butter and season with cheese.
