Products Needed:
1 cup sugar 1 cup sweet almonds 2 eggs 1 tsp each cinnamon and nutmeg, pound 1/2 tsp clove, pound 1 tsp lemon zest, grated 2 tbsp wheat flour margarine

Directions: Beat sugar with eggs until light puff mass.
Peel almonds, chop, mix with spices, zest, eggs, flour and knead heavy dough.
Roll the dough in a layer, cut figures, put them on a greased baking tray and bake in and oven over medium heat until golden crisp.
