Обед в кругу семьи
1 large celery root
1 lb (500 gm) fish fillet
2 onions
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1 cup kefir
1 lemon
salt
nutmeg, ground
greens for topping
Directions:
Boil whole washed celery root in salted water, peel and cut into chunks.

Fry the celery and shredded onion slightly in vegetable oil, add fish fillet, nutmeg, pour with kefir and stew, covered, for 15-20 minutes.

Put on a serving platter, serve with chopped greens and lemon slices.
