1 chicken
salt, black pound pepper
2 tbsp wheat flour
1 egg
4 tbsp breadcrubms
vegetable oil for deep-frying
1 lemon
greens for topping
Directions:
Skin the chicken, divide it into 8 parts.

Salt and pepper chicken pieces, cover them with flour, dip in whisked egg and cover with breadcrumbs. Deep-fry them until golden crusts, then put on the baking tray and cook through in oven for 10 minutes.

When serving, garnish the chicken with fried potatoes, top with lemon slices and greens bunches.
