Add hot water to salmon fillet so as only to cover the fish. Add salt and wine. Simmer for 20 minutes, then cool the fish in bouillon.
Blend milk with egg, salt and sugar and add the mixture to flour, beat to combine well, set stay for 20 minutes and then bake pancakes, greasing pan.
Whisk cheese, sour cream, dill and chopped salmon fillet in a food processor until homogeneous mass.
Spread the pancakes with the prepared mass, put one upon another and bake in an oven.
Serve the pie hot, cut into wedges, garnish with lemon and dill.
