Chop pork chunks finely, shape circles, wrap in bacon slices, tie with threads or pin with little skewers. Fry in butter on both sides until crust appears.
Season the medallions with salt, pepper, chili powder, put on a baking tray, brush with ketchup and bake in an oven at 390oF (200oC) for 15 minutes.
Garnish with vegetables. Horseradish Sauce could be served separately.
