Products Needed:
2 beefsteaks 1/3 lb (150 g) each 3 tbsp nuts, chopped 2 tbsp melted butter 3 tbsp brandy 2/3 cup heavy cream

Directions: To make beefsteaks cut beef fillet into 4/5-1 1/5 unch (2-3 cm) thick chunks. Or use ready made beefsteaks.
Spread chopped nuts on a flat plate, press beefsteaks to nuts to cover both sides.
Melt butter, fry beefsteaks on both sides. Season with salt to taste. Pour in brandy and warm a little. Burn the dish, toss the pan waiting until fire quenches.
Add cream to beefsteak and warm stirring until thick sauce comes out. Season with spices to taste.
Serve beefsteaks with fried or baked potato, cover with the prepared sauce.
