Peel and cut apple and pineapple. Reserve pineapple juice. Dice sweet pepper, slice ham.
Fry ham over low heat. Add apple, pineapples, sweet pepper and chopped garlic. Stir in pineapple juice and honey. Boil stirring, add starch diluted in little water. Season with salt, black pepper and soy sauce.
Fry chops in butter on both sides. Season with salt and black pepper.
Put ham, fruits and vegetables on warm serving platter, place chops on the top.
