To make cranberry sauce, take fat off the pan where ribs had been fried in a separate pan, add cranberry juice, sugar, orange segments, boil for 57- minutes over low heat. Bring the sauce to a boil, add starch diluted in water and let boil. Strain the sauce.
Put the ribs on a plate, pour with cranberry sauce and garnish with boiled rice with white radish. Top with greens.
