1 1/3 quart (1.25 liter) water
1/4 parsley root
1/4 small onion
Directions:
Add cold water to washed fish offals (heads, bones, fins) and bring quickly to a boil. Skim the foam, add vegetables and simmer for an hour. Filter the ready bouillon.
