3 boiled potatoes 1 boiled carrot 1 boiled beet 2 salted cucumbers 100 g fillet of salted herringor hot-smoked fish 2 onions 40 g spring onion * 2 tbsp vegetable oil green of parsley greens salt to taste | Directions: Cut peeled potatoes, carrot, beet and cucumbers into squares. Cut salted herring or hot-smoked fish into small bricks. Combine prepared vegetables, salt, stir up. Dress with oil. Put in the salad bowl. Decorate with herring, onion rings and green of parsley. |
