Классические салаты
1/2 lb (200 g) mushrooms
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp white wine
2 tbsp sour cream
1 1/2 oz (40 g) grated cheese
4 slices wheat bread
dill greens weed
salt, black pound pepper to taste
Directions:
Cut mushrooms into slices, fry in butter for 5 minutes. Pour wine and warm up at heavy fire for 2 minutes, then reduce fire, salt, add cheese, sour cream, pepper and stir up. Dry bread slices in oven a little, spread with butter. Cover with mushroom mass and decorate with dill weed.
