Products Needed:
1 boiled carrot
1 apples
3 1/2 oz (100 g) green beans pods
1 1/2 oz (40 g) green peas pods
3 oz (90 g) boiled shrimps
1 boiled egg
12 lettuce leaves
1 oz (20 g) black olives
1 cup mayonnaise
parsley greens
1 boiled potato
1 salted cucumber
3 1/2 oz (100 g) salted salmon fillet
Directions:

Cut potato and carrot into small bricks. Cut, boil peas and beans pods. Cut cucumber, peeled and pitted apple into bricks. Chop salmon fillet. Dress prepared vegetables and fish with mayonnaise, stir up and put in the salad bowl on lettuce leaves. Decorate with boiled egg rings, olives, shrimps and greens.
