Классические салаты
1 lb (500 g) walleyed pike fillet
2-3 boiled beets
1 onion
2 cups vegetable oil
1 bay leaf
parsley greens
dill greens weed
salt to taste
2 boiled potatoes
2 salted cucumbers
2-3 black peppercorns
Directions:
Boil fillet in salted water with bay leaf and pepper. Chill, cut into slices. Cut beets, potatoes and cucumbers into bricks, cut onion into rings. Put vegetables on a plate in layers, put over fish slices, salt, pour over with oil. When serving, decorate with greens.
