4 cucumbers 1 tbsp butter 4 tsp heavy cream 2 tsp vinegar parsley greens 1 lb (400 g) boiled salmon fillet 4 oz (120 g) marinated herring fillet 1 tsp grated horse - radish | Directions: Mash salmon fillet through a sieve, add butter, cream and stir up. Chop salmon fillet, combine with prepared puree and dress with vinegar. Peel cucumbers, cut into two parts, take away seeds with a part of kernel. Stuff cucumber parts with prepared stuffing, season with grated horse-radish and decorate with greens. |
