Products Needed:
1/3 lb (120 g) boiled chicken fillet 2 oz (60 g) celery root 2 oz (40 g) boiled field mushrooms 1 oz (20 g) pickled cucumber 2 tbsp mayonnaise 1 tsp mustard 4 radishes lettuce salt, to taste

Directions: Slice the chicken fillet. Shred the mushrooms and cucumbers. Peel, rinse and shred the celery root.
Combine the ingredients, dress with the mayonnaise and mustard, season with the salt and toss.
When serving put into a salad bowl and garnish with radish and lettuce.
