Products Needed:
6 bread slices
4/5 lb salmon, smoked and slices
6 tbsp butter
6 spring onion spears
1/2 lemon
dill greens weed
Directions:

Cut the circles off the bread slices, spread with butter.

Scald spring onion, cut and put on the buttered bread.

Cut the salmon fillets into strips, arrange in the center of the bread circles, shaping flower-like.

Decorate the canapé with lemon slices and dill sprigs.
