Products Needed:
4 sweet peppers 4 tangerines 1/2 lb mushrooms 1/2 lb asparagus, canned 2 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp table vinegar 1 tsp cognac salt parsley greens

Directions: Boil mushrooms.
Shred pepper, slice the mushrooms, cut asparagus. Peel tangerines and cut into slices.
To make salad dressing, combine oil, vinegar, salt and cognac, beat the mix up.
In a salad bowl combine the mushrooms, asparagus, tangerines, pepper, dress with the prepared mix and top with greens.
