6 eggs
1 onion
1/2 lb (200 g) pickled cucumbers
2/3 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tsp grated horseradish root
sugar
salt
parsley or dill greens
Directions:
Boil eggs hard for 15 minutes, coat with cold water and shell.

Cut boiled eggs and peeled onion in rings.

Peel and seed cucumbers, dice and combine with sour cream, mayonnaise, salt, sugar and grated horseradish.

Put eggs and onion on a salad-plate and dress with mayonnaise and cucumbers sauce. Sprinkle with chopped greens.
