Products Needed:
6 turkey fillets
1 can pineapple (1 2/3 lb)
1 cup of sour cream
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp ginger
2 tsp curry
parsley greens
salt
Directions:

In a bowl combine oil, paprika, ginger and salt. Brush the fillets with this mix and let marinate for 2-3 hours. Then grill the fillets on both sides. Grill 6 pineapple circles. Dice the remaining pineapple, add sour cream, salt, curry and beat the mix up well, until pureed.

Arrange the pineapple circles on a platter, put the fillets over the circles. Pour the prepared sauce aside. Decorate with greens and serve.
