Peel the half of apricots, cut them into slices, sprinkle with sugar powder and refridgerate.
Make dressing for apricots (apricot puree). Add ground cinnamon, lemon juice, grated lemon peel to the white wine and put it on a small fire to make warm, then cool it.
Grate the rest half of the apricots, add sugar, wine and mix.
Take the cut apricots out of the refridgerator. Put the dressing (apricot puree) into them. Serve in bowls.
