Products Needed:
2 ounces (60 grams) cold boiled pork 2 ounces (60 grams) field mushrooms, boiled 1/3 ounce (10 grams) dill and parsley greens 1 sweet pepper 1 potato, boiled 2 tablespoons mayonnaise salt to taste

Directions: Cut cold boiled pork, sweet (Bulgarian) pepper and boiled potato into thin stripes. Cut boiled field mushrooms into slices, leave some of them for decoration.
Put the prepared products in layers into a salad-dish, then add salt and mayonnaise. Decorate with parsley and dill greens and slices of field mushrooms.
