10.5 oz (300 grams) apples 10.5 oz (300 grams) apricot jam 1/2 cup cream, 33% fat 4.2 oz (120 grams) biscuits 1.8 oz (50 grams) chocolate 1 lemon, peel and juice 1 tbsp sugar 1 tbsp powdered sugar | Directions: Peel the apples, take the core out. Boil the apples in water with sugar, cool, cut into slices and glaze with melted chocolate.
Beat cream up until it gets thick, add sugar powder. When the beaten cream is nearly ready, add juice and lemon peel.
Put the beaten cream and glazed apples on a dish. Decorate with bisqiut. Serve apricot jam on a jam dish. |
