1 1/3 cups rice, boiled
1 cup shrimps
1 cup fresh field mushrooms
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp parsley greens
18 olives
2 onion
4 tbsp. butter
pepper and salt to taste
1 cup bouillon
2 chicken legs
Directions:

Make fillet out of chicken quarters. Cut the chicken quarters, take the bones out, and remove the skin. Cut the fillet into squares, fry in butter till the crisp becomes goldish. Sprinkle with salt and ground black pepper. Peel onion, cut it into semi-rings.

Cut the fresh field mushrooms into thin slices and fry with cut onion in butter.

Add boiled rice, onion and field mushrooms to the fillet. Then add boillon and boil. After boiling continue cooking over low heat for 15 minutes. 5 minutes before finishing cooking add salt and soy beans sauce according to your taste. Peel and boil shrimps.

Put ready pilav on tne plate. Top with shrimps, olives and parsley greens.
