Sort and wash the sea-buckthorn berries. Leave some berries for decoration, pund the rest.
Wring juice out and cool it. Add 4 cups of hot water to pulp and boill for 10-12 minutes, then cool for 10-20 minutes. Strain the broth.
Soften gelatin in cool boiled water (1:6), stir over low heat until dissolved.
Add sugar to the berry broth, boil, add prepared gelatin mix, cool juice and citric acid. Stir well, strain again, pour into molds and cool it at 0–8 °С until set.
Before serving put the bottom of the jelly mold into hot water (120-140 °F, 50-60 °С), turn the forn upside down on a dessert dish. Decorate the dish with berries.
