Peel Sharon fruits and dice.
Force cottage cheese through a sieve, combine with egg, sugar, semolina, stir the mass up and set aside for 30 minutes to plump. Add diced Sharon fruits. Transfer the mass in a greased baking pan, level the surface, cover with sour cream and bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
Cut the casserole into portioned slices to serve. Serve with jam.
