Rub cottage cheese and cream cheese through sieve separately, add salt, mix and rup once again. Add cream, stirring, then beat the mass up and put to a colander with a linen napkin inside. Place the mass in the colander covered with linen napkin. Place colander over a pot and bring to a cool place. Keep it there for 3-4 hours.
Carefully turn ready cheese out to a dish and sprinkle it with sugar powder. Decorate with strawberries.
