1 pound (500 gr) potato, boiled
7 oz (200 gr) sauerkraut
7 oz (200 gr) salted mushrooms
1 salted cucumber
1 onion
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp 3% vinegar
dill greens
salt and ground pepper to taste
Directions:
Cut boiled potato and salted mushrooms into slices. Peel onion, wash and chop it. Wring the sauerkraut out of pickle.

Stir all the prepared products, add vegetable oil and vinegar, salt and pepper, stir.

Serve on a salad dish, decorate it with salted cucumber circles, mushrooms caps and chopped dill greens.
