Mince beef and pork fillet with onion. Wet the dry white bun in water, wring it out and mix with minced meat. Add the egg, salt, ground pepper, make rissoles and bread them in crushed crackers. Fry the rissoles in olive oil each side until they are ready.
Wash oregano; leave some leaves for decorating. Add oregano to rissoles 1 minute before the end of the cooking.
Wash and slice tomatoes and a cucumber.
Decorate the rissoles with the rest oregano leaves and cut vegetables. Serve with boiled potato or rice for garnish.
