Products Needed:
5 oz (140 gr) rice, boiled ( see the recipe) 1.4 oz (40 gr) wheat sprouts 1 clove garlic 1 oz (30 gr) spring onion 1 oz (30 gr) sweet pepper 0.7 oz (20 gr) pickled cucumber 1 tbsp sour cream 1 tbsp mayonnaise 1 tbsp vegetable oil 1/2 tsp grape vinegar salt to taste

Directions: To make dressing mix sour cream and mayonnaise, add finely cut garlic, vegetable oil, grape vinegar and salt.
Wash the sweet (Bulgarian) pepper, take fruit stems and seeds out. Dicet the pepper and pickled cucumbers, stir them with rice, and add dressing.
Serve on a salad dish, decorate with couched wheat seeds and spring onions.
