Products Needed:
0.8 pound (360 gr) white round bread 2/3 pound (300 gr) salted salmon 0.5 pound (200 gr) cottage cheese 1/5 pound (250 gr) cream cheese 2 onions 1/5 pound (100 gr) butter 1 tbsp piquant mustard 1 tbsp cognac 0.4 pound pickled cucumbers 1/5 pound radish 1 tsp salt 1 tsp red ground peppercorn

Directions: Mash the butter; add piquant mustard, cognac, salt, and mix.
Cut away the crisps of the white round bread. Cut the bread along into two parts.
Spread the butter mass on the lower part of the bread, put some salted salmon slices on it, cover it with the second part and coat it with cheese mass.
To make cheese mass mix cottage cheese with cream cheese, add chopped onions (leave some circles of onion for decoration), salt and red ground pepper.
Divide the cake into 12 segments-servings. Decorate each serving with a slice of salted salmon, an onion circle, slices of garden radish and pickled cucumbers.
