0.9 pound (400 gr) pumpkin
3-4 tbsp vegetable oil
sugar to taste
dill and parsley greens
Directions:
Peel the pumpkin and take seeds out. Grate it with a large side of a grater, add finely cut sauerkraut, sugar. Stir it with vegetable oil.
Decorate the salad with parsley and dill greens.
