4 tsp cheese, grated
2 red sweet pepper
1.4 ounce (40 gr) capers
1/2 tbsp garlic, finely cut
1 tbsp tarragon, finely cut
2 tsp butter
2 cups water
1 tbsp sugar
salt to taste
Directions:
Boil the water, add salt, sugar, put samp and stir constantly until the water boils again.When it boils, add butter and some grated cheese, put the cooked samp to forms and let stand in a cool place.

Cut the pods of sweet red pepper into two parts, fry, peel and cut into stripes.
