Products Needed:
0.9 pound (400 gr) pumpkin 1.4 ounce (40 gr) bread 1.4 ounce (40 gr) vegetable oil 1 onion 2 tbsp tomato puree 1/2 cup 3% vinegar salt and ground pepper to taste

Directions: Peel the pumpkin and take the seeds out. Cut the pumpkin into thin slices, salt and fry in butter until crisp appears, cool.
Cook tomato puree down until it thickens. Dice onion. Wet bread without crisp in vinegar and then wring it out.
Stir and mince all the products, add salt, ground pepper, vegetable oil. Decorate the dish with greens.
