Mince the pork fillet, stir weladd salt and f ffff orm a fritter, cover it with flour.
To make omelette beat the eggs with milk, add salt and ground pepper to taste. Pour a portion of omelette on a hot greased frying pan, then put the meat fritter on it and place the frying pan into an oven. Bake until it is ready and roll immediately.
Serve the roll with fresh vegetables garnish, decorate wiith parsley greens, dress with melted butter.
