20 tomatoess, small-sized
5 onions
1/2 lemon
1 cup sauce tkemali
0.7 oz (20 gr) parsley greens
salt, ground black pepper to taste
2 pounds (1 kg) chicken legs
Directions:
Chop the boned chicken legs slightly. Cut them into pieces, salt, pepper and thread them on skewers in turn with onion rings and tomatoes. Sprinkle with lemon juice, put into an oven and fry for 10-15 minutes at 390oF (200oC).

When the dish is ready, dress it with tkemali sause, sprinkle with finely cut parsley greens. Serve boiled rice for garnish.
