3.3 pound (1.5 kg) pork fillet
2 cloves garlic
1 cup wheat flour
6 eggs
1/3 pound cheese
1 cup vegetable oil
0.7 oz (20 gr) dill and parsley greens
1 cup sour cream sause see the recipe)
salt and ground black pepper to taste
Directions:
Cut pork fillet across strings into 10 slices, chop them, salt and pepper.

Chop the garlic and spread it over the pork fillet, coat it with flour.

Beat eggs up with grated cheese, dip the schnitzel into the mass, cover with flour again, and fry in hot oil until goldish crisp appears. Then put the dish into an oven and cook until ready.
