2 white buns
1 cup white wine
4-5 eggs
1/5 pound (100 gr) butter
7 oz (200 gr) jam
1/2 cup crackerss, crushed
Directions:
Cut the white buns into thin slices. Dip every slice into white wine, then into beaten up eggs, and bread them.

Fry the prepared toasts on both sides on butter until they become goldish.

Spread the fried toasts with jam. Serve to tea.
