To make batter mix well water or milk with sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, soda and a half of the wheat flour. Add eggs and beat the mass up in a cool place for 10-12 minutes. Blen the mixture with the soft butter and the rest of the wheat flour and continue beating it up for 3-5 minutes.
To make filling cream mix egg whites with sugar, put the mixture on water bath and beat it up stiffly. Take it from the fire and continue beating it up. Cool the mixture until it has the temperature of fresh milk. While beating up add soft butter to the mixture teaspoon by teaspoon. Pour liqueur into it, stir and cool.
Preheat an electric waffle iron to 300-340 oF (150-170o C), butter it and pour the batter over it. Close the waffle iron and bake wafers for 2-4 minutes. When the wafers are ready and hot, turn them up to make a tube. Cool and fill with the cream.
