Products Needed:
10-12 potatos 5 eggs 1 cup sour cream 1/2 cup vegetable oil or melted butter 2 tbsp wheat flour 1/2 tsp baking soda salt and ground pepper to taste

Directions: Wash and peel potatoes, grate with a small hole size of a grater; add wheat flour, eggs, soda, salt and ground pepper. Stir well.
Drop the potato mass with a tablespoon onto a preheated buttered frying pan and fry until light brown crisp appears.
Serve 3-4 fritters for a helping, dress with sour cream.
