2 lb cauliflower
1 1/2 cup walnuts
1 pomegranate
3-4 cloves garlic
greens (parsley, coriander)
ground ground pepper, salt
saffron
cider vinegar
Directions:
Boil cauliflower in slightly salted water. Throw it on a colander, let cool.

Crush nuts along with garlic, salt, pepper, add saffron, cider vinegar and chopped greens.

Blend nuts and greens with boiled cauliflower. Serve pyramid-shaped, garnish with chopped greens and pomegranate grains.
