Products Needed:
2 lb beet 2 cups walnuts 2 cloves garlic 3-4 tbsp cider vinegar 1/2 tsp spices (khmeli-suneli) greens (coriander, parsley) salt, ground red pepper

Directions: Boil beet until tender, peel, and dice.
Crush nuts along with garlic, season with khmeli-suneli, pepper, salt, cider vinegar, and chopped greenery.
Toss together with boiled beet. Serve on a plate pyramid-shaped, and sprinkle with chopped greenery.
