1 chicken 5 eggs 2 1/5 tbsp pomegranates 2/3 lb lettuce leaves 1/4 lb spring onion 1 1/2 cup shredded walnuts 2 tbsp cider or balsamic vinegar greens (dill, coriander, tarragon) salt, ground pepper | Directions: Fry chicken fillet, chop, add hard boiled eggs, some finely cut lettuce, salt, pepper, chopped coriander, spring onion, dill.
For the sauce, mix vinegar with nuts, crushed with garlic, and spring onions.
In a bowl, toss the sauce together with chicken and greens. Serve on a plate, garnish with lettuce leaves, and top with tarragon and pomegranate grains. |
