6 eggs
3/4 cup 25% rich sour cream or mayonnaise
1 tbsp butter
tarragon or mint
salt
olives for serving
Directions:
Hard boil eggs, cool, and shell. Halve lengthwise, separate yolks.

Mix yolks, butter, salt, finely cut tarragon and mint thoroughly. Stuff egg halves with the paste. Serve on a plate and cover with sour cream. Garnish with olives.
