2 lb spinach
1 cup walnuts
2 onions
3-4 cloves garlic
1 tbsp cider vinegar
(parsley, coriander) greens
salt, ground pepper
Directions:
Boil spinach, cool, and slice thinly.

Shred nuts along with garlic and greens, add spices, finely chopped onions and vinegar.

Mix the paste with boiled spinach, serve pyramid-shaped, and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
