2 1/5 lb (1 kg) nettle
2 eggs
3 onions
4 tomatoeses
6 tbsp butter
coriander greens
salt, ground peppercorn
Directions:
Boil prepared nettle, cast in a colander and shred.

Chop onion and sautee in oil. Add prepared nettle, sliced tomatoes, chopped coriander greens, season with salt and pepper and braise for 5 minutes. Cover the mass with beaten eggs and cook until ready.

Garnish with greens before serving.
