2 1/4 lbs nettle
1/2 cup rice
3 onions
2-3 cloves garlic
2 tbsp vegetable oil
greens (coriander, mint)
salt, ground pepper
Directions:
Rinse nettle, chop thinly, mix with rice and cook in twice as much quantity of water until rice is tender. When it remains 10-15 minutes before the sauce is ready, stir in chopped onions, coriander and mint, crushed garlic, salt, pepper, butter. Serve with greens.
