2 1/4 lbs nettle
1 cup shelled walnuts
5 onions
2 tbsp vegetable oil
salt, ground pepper
Directions:
Cook prepared nettle whole, throw on a colander.

Cut onions into rings, and sauté.

Shred nuts, mix with sautéed onion, salt, pepper. Blend the paste with boiled nettle.
