10 potatoes 5-6 onions 3-4 eggs 4 tbsp melted butter greens (basil and coriander) salt, ground pepper | Directions: Sauté onions, put in diced potatoes, add some water and stew. 15 minutes earlier than potato is ready, add chopped coriander, then stew for 10 minutes and sprinkle with spices, stir in whipped eggs, and bring to a boil.
