Products Needed:
2 1/5 lb (1 kg) cauliflower 1/2 lb (500 g) tomatoeses, fresh 3-4 onions 2-3 cloves garlic 7 oz (100 g) melted butter coriander, parsley greens salt, groun peppercorn

Directions: Brake washed cauliflower into florets, boil in salted water until half ready. Cast in a colander.
Fry chopped onion in melted butter, add cauliflower, diced tomatoes, chopped garlic salt and pepper. Cover and stew for 15 minutes.
Put the prepared dish in heap on a plate. Top with chopped greens.
